Anycubic has officially announced the launch of two new 3D printers i.e. Kobra 3 Combo and the Photon Mono M7 Pro. In conjunction with that, the company also introduced the world to its latest software, resin, and filament, each component markedly conceived to enhance user experience and versatility. In case that wasn’t enough, Anycubic will take this opportunity to further launch the highly anticipated second season of its user co-creation challenge, which will be conducted on the company’s online community platform, Makeronline. Simply speaking, this challenge is designed to help global users explore and innovate in multi-color printing and high-precision applications. Coming back to new printers, Anycubic Kobra 3 Combo happens to be a multi-color FDM printer that effectively builds upon the previously-launched and speed-enhanced Kobra 3. In essence, the stated product comes decked up with the innovative Anycubic Color Engine Pro (ACE Pro), alongside improvements for better color printing. It further brings forth multi-color 3D printing, delivered in a packaged deal with significant firmware upgrades and the company’s collaboration with PANTONE. More on the same would reveal how the printer delivers at your disposal upto eight colors, all available at the same time. There is also an integration of RFID recognition for seamless quality, active drying functionality so to combat moisture, and intelligent side-drying for 24-hour print sessions. Hold on, we are not done yet, as the device’s anti-tangling design ensures smooth color transitions, minimizing waste and enhancing efficiency.
Moving on to Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Pro, it features a 14K resolution, along with rapid printing speeds of upto 130mm/h with regular resin, and capable of reaching a maximum of 170mm/h with high-speed resin. Furthermore, thanks to its 14K resolution (13312×5120) and XY axis measurements of 16.8×24.8 μm, the printer is able to conceive for users high-precision resin printing. Apart from that, Photon Mono M7 Pro also employs a smart light uniformity algorithm to maintain over 90% light distribution across the screen. Such a technology, like you can imagine, treads a long distance to achieve consistent printing quality. There is also a dynamic light intensity compensation system boasting the knowhow to adjust light output based on resin flow rate and print surface. This enables optimization of exposure for increased printing success rates. Joining the same is an integrated dynamic temperature control resin vat, as well as a circulating heating tube, which makes it possible for the printer to clock a smooth resin flow and viscosity control, crucial for precise model formation.
Another detail worth a mention in the context of Photon Mono M7 Pro is its automatic resin refill unit that replenishes up to 750ml of resin and supports a one-button resin collection for user convenience. Now, when you combine that with a leveling-free setup and upgraded Photon Workshop software for enhanced support generation and slicing, you get a whole new standard for efficiency and reliability in the 3D printing space.
Turning our attention towards the Makeronline challenge, it was first launched back in April this year. During the first season, it received over 120 outstanding designers from around the world. For the second season, which will be marketed under the name “Coloring My City,” Anycubic will look to raise awareness of how closely 3D printing is connected to our daily lives, whether it be a sign, a symbol, a public facility, a city model, or a unique building realized through 3D printing.
