Propping Up Smarter Proceedings to Optimize Your Household Clean-Ups

Narwal, a global leader in smart home cleaning technology, has officially announced the launch of its flagship innovation i.e. the Narwal Flow, which arrives on the scene bearing an ability to combine next-generation AI, powerful cleaning performance with true maintenance-free convenience.

According to certain reports, the stated solution is directed towards all those households that wish to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness with minimal effort. You see, leveraging an all-in-one robot vacuum and mop, the underlying mechanism brings forth industry-first features and advanced automation to unlock a truly effortless cleaning drive.

In fact, since making an appearance at CES, Narwal has only gone on to make the product better and more suitable for real-world scenarios. This it did on the back of feedback from beta users and several industry experts.

Talk about the whole value proposition on a slightly deeper level, we begin from how the new solution banks upon FlowWash Mopping System with EdgeReach™ Technology to facilitate its operation. This translates to a real-time, self-cleaning track mop design with dual water tanks that circulate 113°F fresh water, while simultaneously collecting dirty water to keep the mop clean throughout every cycle.

Now, once you put that alongside a constant 12N pressure, the same design can conceive even better mopping performance, and that too using just a single pass.

Next up, we have a twin-AI dodge obstacle avoidance facility, which boasts dual 136° ultra-wide RGB cameras and an AI chip that empowers Flow to recognize over 200 types of objects (including cable, pet poop, socks, plastic bags, etc) in real-time.

Another detail worth a mention relates to Flow’s CarpetFocus technology. Focused on achieving deep carpet cleaning, the stated feature can come in handy to deliver a powerful cleaning performance with suction reaching up to 22000 Pa. Basically, when a carpet is detected, the adaptive brush cover automatically lowers to create a sealed, high-pressure airflow zone, significantly boosting suction and extracting deeply embedded dust and hair.

Not just that, the robot also lifts its mop to keep carpets dry, using a dual-pass zigzag cleaning path for better results. Such an innovative design unsurprisingly boosts suction power by up to 182%, as well as doubles the pick-up rate on carpets.

Then, there is the prospect of full coverage cleaning. Here, Narwal Flow banks upon EdgeReachâ„¢ technology to help the mop clean within just 0.19 inches of walls and corners for complete edge coverage. As for when the agenda is to tackle corners, its side brush intelligently seamlessly reverses rotation and extends movable bristles to widen the cleaning diameter, paving the way for it to reach the corner.

Joining that would be a 1.6-inch (4 cm) obstacle-crossing which makes it possible for the robot to navigate thresholds, table legs, and other tricky obstacles with ease. To go along with that, a 3.7-inch (9.4 cm) ultra-slim robot is also able to easily navigate under beds, sofas, and other low-clearance areas for a more complete clean.

Moving on to Flow’s DualFlow tangle-free system, it can effectively eliminate hair tangles with an SGS-certified 0% tangling floating roller brush and dynamic auto-detangling side brushes. Alongside that, we have an assortment of dynamic bristle designs for side brushes, available next to a single floating arm roller brush and optimal 50° angle which ensures effortless cleaning and maintenance.

Hold on, there is more, considering we haven’t yet touched upon the technology’s all-in-one multifunction base. This 8-in-1 base essentially automates dust emptying, AI adaptive hot-water mop washing (adjusting water temperature from 113°F to 176°F for sterilization), and hot-air drying. The deployed dustbin also lasts up to 120 days.

Apart from that, it ought to be acknowledged that Flow Series models are available with an optional refill and drainage dock variant which connects to home drainage systems before automatically refilling and emptying the robot cleaner, with 11-inch-tall base.

“Narwal Flow is designed to simplify and elevate daily life through intelligent automation and exceptional cleaning performance,” said Junbin Zhang, CEO of Narwal. “With industry-leading features like FlowWash, EdgeReach, CarpetFocus and Twin-AI navigation, we’re empowering users to enjoy spotless floors and more free time, without the hassle of constant maintenance.”
