Plainview, New York, 11 August 2026 – RoboStore is expanding beyond robot distribution with the launch of Robo Inc., a new U.S. based robotics manufacturing and systems integration company. The venture aims to help businesses adopt practical robotic solutions by combining global robotics platforms with U.S. based engineering, software development, manufacturing, testing, service, and technical support.
Robo Inc. plans to establish a 66,000 square foot facility on Long Island, New York, which is expected to become fully operational in the first quarter of 2027. The company expects to begin producing localized robotic solutions in January 2027, creating a base for engineering, integration, production, testing, and customer support.
The new company will follow a hardware-agnostic approach, allowing it to select robots and components based on individual customer requirements rather than relying on one manufacturer. This model is intended to help businesses develop robotic systems suited to their specific operational needs.
RoboStore brings experience from more than 1,500 humanoid and quadruped robot deployments and around 4,500 customers. The company says this experience has provided insight into the challenges businesses face when introducing robotics, including system integration, maintenance, software, data management, safety, and cybersecurity.
Robo Inc. will build on these lessons by focusing on complete robotic solutions rather than standalone machines. Its services are expected to cover engineering, software, integration, testing, production, and ongoing technical support. The company will also continue supporting RoboStore’s existing customers through parts, repairs, upgrades, and other services.
The launch comes as businesses increasingly explore humanoid robots, quadruped robots, autonomous systems, and physical AI for automation and productivity. However, successful robotics adoption requires more than advanced hardware. Companies also need reliable software, secure connectivity, employee support, maintenance, and integration with existing systems.
