An Frother Innovation that Brings Out the Barista in You

DREO, a leader in smart home innovation, has officially announced the launch of a brand-new DREO BaristaMaker, which happens to be the most professional smart milk frother capable of creating latte art with all types of milk. According to certain reports, DREO BaristaMaker brings forth a patented impeller combo design, along with tailored algorithms meticulously developed to replicate the technique of professional baristas. More on the same would reveal how the new BaristaMaker was conceived after thousands of simulations where it was made to mimic the frothing process of expert baristas in their Beverage R&D Lab. This why it is able to offer a froth quality usually found in commercial coffee shops, thus surpassing the capabilities of most traditional, off-the-shelf home frothers. On top of it, DREO’s latest brainchild is also capable of creating 0.5mm micro-bubbles that result in a silky, shiny, dense microfoam similar to what we see in coffeehouses. You see, while those traditional disc tips may not always move the milk in the right direction, BaristaMaker’s impeller blade markedly ensures that the milk is consistently directed to the center for continuous mixing. Furthermore, as the milk is drawn to the center, DREO’s specially designed micro-level screen transforms normal-sized bubbles into rich, dense microfoam during the multi-stage frothing process. Staying on the point of DREO’s multi-stage frothing process, it involves quickly heating the milk to the perfect temperature so to create the right balance of texture and flavor. The next step is to mix air into the milk to create larger bubbles by increasing the speed of rotation. Once enough foam has formed, it slows down the speed, directs the milk to the center using the impeller, and meticulously transforms these larger bubbles into dense, silky microfoam.

Another detail worth a mention here is how DREO’s BaristaMaker offers you multiple frothing settings, enabling the consumer to choose from microfoam, thick foam, and cold foam, depending on their preference and the type of beverage you are making. Beyond helping enjoy a wide variety of coffee styles at home, the product also makes a point to stay compatible with powdered beverages such as matcha, hot chocolate, and other specialty drinks. In fact, the frothing capabilities it seems to boast enhance the texture and flavor of these beverages, creating a rich and satisfying experience every time for coffee, creative drinks, and more. Hold on, we aren’t done yet, considering we still haven’t touched upon the BaristaMaker’s user-friendly nature. By that, we refer to the way one use the machine’s jug as a professional stainless steel pitcher immediately after frothing. This is because its precise spout allows for fine lines, whereas the comfortable and secure grip provides better control when pouring. The stated jug is also dishwasher safe.

Rounding up highlights would be BaristaMaker’s ability to produce perfect microfoam with both dairy and plant-based milk. Such a feature means the product is well-equipped to serve users with various dietary needs, needs that are born out of lactose intolerance, environmental concerns, and plenty other factors. To conceive the given compatibility, DREO’s researching team had markedly carried out an in-depth analysis of the protein and fat content found in these kinds of milk. Taking into account several different brands for the study, the researchers would put the milk through a special algorithm, which on its part, was able to adapt and consistently deliver high-quality frothing performance.

“It is an invitation to elevate your coffee-making experience and bring the art of perfectly frothed milk to the consumer. We believe that great-frothed milk should be accessible to everyone and BaristaMaker is our way of making that possible. In the future, DREO will continue to invest in and develop new technology within the coffee category and revolutionize the home beverage experience,” said Joshua Gunn, VP of North America at DREO.
